2. Please include your phone number, e-mail address, and mailing address.
3. Once I have your initial order I will call or e-mail you to confirm your
order and request 50% down for orders over $50.00.
4. Once I have talked to you I will either begin work on your order or send
it if your request is in stock. Most pieces shown on the website will be
in stock.
5. For orders in the Portland Metro area we can deliver. Outside the
area we will ship either by UPS or USPS which ever is least expensive.
Shipping costs will be added to the price of your pottery and considering
the expense of shipping, we try to keep the cost down as much as
possible.
6. Special orders for pieces or sets that are not displayed on the website
may be made, such as dinnerware sets, individual vases, etc.
7. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery if the piece is not in stock, and 3 - 6
weeks if it is a special order.
